TEAM BUILDING

The purpose of a corporate event like this is to help build and strengthen the team, that is, to create positive dynamics that allow the achievement of objectives, without losing sight of the well-being of all members of the work team.

The group will move together and everyone will have to pay attention to their companions, always check their position, respect those who have less ability and help them reach the goal.

Cycling in the middle of nature is not something to be taken for granted because you may encounter obstacles and unforeseen events that the group will have to be able to resolve together: no one can be left behind.

Participants will carry out the activity independently through the path established by the guides who will limit themselves to supervising and intervening if necessary.

The group will be provided with suitable equipment and all the information necessary to be able to maintain the standard of the experience according to the instructions illustrated before departure.

A final lunch all together will be the worthy closure and the right reward for having completed a particular and out of the ordinary group activity.
